  • If we fail to deliver the completed translation by the assigned deadline, a full refund will be issued immediately.
  • As part of indemnification, we will also deliver the completed translation by the next business day at no additional cost to you.

We provide estimated turnaround times during the quotation process. These estimates are based on the complexity of the project and certification requirements. Delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or illegible source files.
  • Incorrect language pair or word count provided during the quotation process.

We make every effort to meet estimated times but cannot guarantee specific deadlines unless explicitly agreed upon during the quotation.

Revisions are free of charge within 30 days of delivery as long as the source material remains unchanged. Requests can be submitted through your order status page. Changes to source material may require:

  • Additional charges for revised word counts.
  • Full re-translation for substantial changes.

To avoid delays, please provide correct names, places, and other specific details when placing your order.

7. Translation Acceptance

Except for USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services), we do not offer refunds for translation acceptance issues. It is your responsibility to verify that our services meet the receiving party’s requirements before ordering.
